"It takes more than a government to fight against HIV/Aids singlehandedly; citizens also have a part to play," said former US President George Walker Bush recently.
He made this remark at the end of his 15-minute visit to a beauty salon at Magomeni in Dar es Salaam on Thursday. He had visited Ramuu's Beauty Salon which provides health
education to its clients.

The study also examined the potential and preparedness of the salons to serve as retail
outlets for male and female condoms at a small profit margin," she told the former US
President. She explained: "Based on the findings, the Jipende programme was developed."
